    dears i'm watching tv show (prison break) i don't understand this sentences

    "If we double the power" means that if they put more energy, effort, electricity, engine output etc., into whatever they are trying to do, they might succeed.

    "Tough titties" is slang, and not very polite. It is a way of answering a complaint by saying "there's nothing you or I can do about it".

    "He showed up at the station house" - "showed up at" means "arrived at"; "station house" is an American expression for a Police Station.
