    Hello,

    i need some help with vocabulary, i'm translating a form. What is the person who orders laborytory testing called? Also, what about the person who performs the testing.

    A laboratory technician performs the testing.
    The person who orders the test could be anyone, depending on what is being tested or tested for. Perhaps "requester" if you want a generic term.
