I haven't been ridden for months.

Have you heard of the Date Doctor?
    - Urban myth.
    - Really?
    - Absolutely.
    - I was hoping he also helped women.
    - Casey, you're not sick. You're single.
    - You just have to relax and enjoy the ride.
    - I haven't been ridden in months.

Two women talking that and I am asking what they mean with the ride and I haven't been ridden for months. Is there maybe some connection with sex?

I also want to know what means: get in line, pal

Yes it does have a connection with sex, it means that she hasn't had sex for months.

"Get in line pal" means wait for your turn.
