    Question shoot (someone)

David L. starts a thread titled Shoot the Webmaster.

What does 'shoot' mean here? Criticise? Thanks!

    Re: shoot (someone)

    Hello thedaffodils,

I think he is a little angry for the changing aspect of this plant. Shoot is used for 'shoot the ball' and also for another use more "warrior" shoot with a gun somebody.

    I'm sure he is joking.

    Have a nice great day.

It's a reference to a film by Truffaut: "Tirez sur le pianiste" (Shoot the pianist.)
