    I have a question regarding below sentece.

    I prefer Coffee _____ Tea.

    In the blank among Over and to which one I have to use ?

    Please if you know how to find right one please tell me. (Otherwise a little more explanation)

    I would say 'to' but both could be correct.

    I would definitely say "to", otherwise you might literally get coffee over tea.
    In any context, you can use 'to'.
