    Which are correct:

1-The bridge that cost a lot of money for us to build finally collapsed.
2-The bridge that caused a lot of trouble for us to build finally collapsed.
3-The bridge that made so many problems for us to build finally collapsed.
4-The bridge that made so many problems for us to cross finally collapsed.

5-A child that causes a lot of trouble to educate sometimes ends up being a model student.

I would only use sentence number one. The others are, at best, strange and awkward.

1 and 2 are OK. I don't see any fundamental differences in structure between them.
For 2, I guess you could object to a bridge causing trouble for someone to build it - on the grounds that if it hasn't been built yet, how can it be the cause of the trouble.
    3 and 4 don't sound good. 5. is passable.
The structures of all the sentences are alright. It's the wording that's a problem.
