Talking Oh.. maybe some other time?

Hello~ Can you help me say this naturally please?

When I was having a coffee one guy came up set beside me started to talking. We talked for about 20 minutes. When I was leaving that place, he asked if I had time tomorrow.

I dodnít want to meet him.
    How should I reject politely?
Should I say: Oh, sorry, I have a plan tomorrow.

Then he asked me : Can I have your phone number?
I donít want to give him my phone number, how can I reject politely?
Should I say: Oh.. maybe some other time?
    Oh.. maybe next time?

    Correction
When I was having a coffee, a guy came up, sat beside me and started talking. We talked for about 20 minutes. When I was leaving, he asked if I had time / if I was free tomorrow. I don’t want to see him. How can I tell him that politely?
    • I have plans, sorry.
    • Sorry, but I am not interested.
    • Sure! Can I invite my boyfriend?

Then he asked me, "Can I have your phone number?"
I don’t want to give him my number. How do you tell someone you're not interested in them, politely?

    • Sorry, but I'm seeing someone and I don't think he would appreciate it if I gave you my number.

No, this is only postponing having to tell him you're not interested.

Then he asked me : Can I have your phone number?
I don’t want to give him my phone number, how can I reject politely?
Should I say: Oh.. maybe some other time? No
    Oh.. maybe next time?
Definitely not. This is as good as confirming that there will be a next time.

No, you should not mention a future time unless you actually intend to see him at a future time. Some men are slow to take a hint - either because they are naturally slow, or they don't want to hear the subtext message.
Anglika has given you some good advice. You don't need to be completely honest about your reasons. But you should be honest about your intentions.
It's better to give a firm 'No' than to leave him wondering and following you around until you do so.

Many thanks for your the advices. 

I have one more related question. can I?
How should I say in this situation?
While I (I’m a girl) was waiting a bus one girl started talking to me and we talked for about 20 minutes.
And she asked me my phone number saying we could be good friends.
But,,, I didn’t want to give her my phone number and I didn’t want to keep in touch with her.
In this situation, I can’t say “sorry, I’m seeing someone.” right? hehe~
Then,, how should I reject politely?
In this case should I say “oh... sorry but.. that's a bit...”
or “sorry but.. maybe another time?”

    That's a difficult situation. Perhaps:
"I've enjoyed talking to you. But I'm usually a very busy person: with my studies, I have so little time for the friends I already have."
