    Use of subjects

    Dear teachers,

I would like to know whether I need to use the subject (second "I") in the following sentence:

    - I speak Spanish and Russian, (I) have a very good level of English, and basic knowledge of Italian.

    Is there any rule?

    Many thanks in advance!

No, it's not necessary but I would use it.
