    Question using as or since

Is this correct? "I left with mixed emotions as (should it be since?) this is was where I wanted to be."

Have commas been eliminated between city and state in ordinary text?

    Thanks

You could use either "as" or "since" in your sentence. They both mean "because" in your sentence. Sometimes one is more appropriate than the other. We would need more context to say whether this is so one way or the other.

Can you provide an example of what you mean?
