Hi, teachers. the following is taken from table of content of a contract template. It's one of the many titles of the chapters.
Dispute Adjudication Board is name of a board.Failure To Agreement Dispute Adjudication Board
I find the structure "Failure to+ noun(agreement)+noun(Dispute Adjudication Board)" wierd.
Is it grammatically correct? I tend to think not. How do you teachers think?
