Help me, please! I am being confused.

    Dear teaches
I had few contexts that made me confused as follows:
    +(first one)
    A:
-Do we have to do all ten questions?
    B:
    -The teach said not.
( That means we are not necessarily to do all questions, it's just some ones?)
    (Second one)
    A:
-Do we have to do all ten questions?
    B:
    -The teach said not to.
(That means we don't have to do anything, maybe another group have to? )
    (Third one)
    A:
-Do we have to do all ten questions?
    B:
    -The teach didn't say so.
(That means we can do that or not if we want, however, we should ?)
    Yours sincerely.

Well this seems to be a question regarding logic rather than English.
The negation to "We have to do all ten questions" should make the statement false, so it means you don't really need to answer all ten questions.
You may need to answer only some or none, that is irrelevant.
I think your question is not clear, could you explain better?
