    Looking for an idiom meaning...

    Hi everyone,
I am looking for an idiom meaning more or less like this:

"You ask someone how he is and he starts to tell all his problems to you"

    Thanks a lot!
    Emel

Often, when a person is telling you more than you want to hear, we say he is "spilling his guts."
