Question the right grammer of this song

    Hi..
I just want to know what it means this song grammatically:

    Ever close your eyes?
    Ever stop and listen?
    Ever feel alive
    And you've nothing missing?

I mean what it means when she says (Ever close your eyes?)
how this sentence be written gramatically?

    Best wishes
    Shaher

(Did you) ever close your eyes?
(Did you) ever stop and listen?
    (Did you) ever feel alive
    And (that) you've nothing missing?
