It is not clear what you want to say.

Re: "Users can install software with own responsibilities"

    Hi,

    I apologize for the ambiguity.

What I'm trying to say is that the system has its own sets of pre-installed software. Users can install additional software but at their own risk (they are responsible for any system failure due to their installation).

    The actual sentence is...

"Users can install commercial application software with own responsibilities"

    Is this sentence proper?

I have little doubts with the phrase with own responsibilities.

Users can install commercial software (but) at their own risk.

    Why not use this?
