    as much as lovely songs?

    Hi everybody,

Is the idea of "as much as + a noun" acceptable at all?

How about the sentence, "I would sing as much as lovely songs"...(except the use of 'many' for 'much')

    Thanks...

No, it's not possible. 'as much/many + noun + as'; much / many quantify the noun.
Eg I would sing as many lovely songs as I could.
