    spare/run ...

    Hi

    Is it OK to say:

    1. I don't spare my money on healthy food.

    2. Only the buses which run/travel/drive abroad have ... (are all of these verbs correct?)


    Or maybe I could say: Only the buses which cover long distances have/or are equipped with ... TV sets, for example.

    It is not clear what you mean in your first sentence - whether you are avoiding wasting your money on this kind of food, or that you do not have enough money to spend on it.

    for #2, I suggest: Only long-distance buses carry......

    I see what you mean - and there is no other way of expressing that, but it could do with expansion: I believe in good food, so I am not sparing of my money in buying healthy foods.

    As to the buses, I still hold by long-distance buses, but you could say Only those tour buses used overseas have ....
