    Did I use "s" correctly here ?

Friends, in this sentence I'm not sure I'd put "s" with the word come or not. Pls check and tell.

Sentence: "These cases rarely comes in the cognizance of commoners"

    thanks

The subject, "these cases", is plural, so use "come" not "comes".
