    Re: Is this sentence correct?

Are you interested in commercial English? Is it about transport of goods?

I would make some improvements such as:
the defective goods will arrive at Hong Kong on thw 20th August
Pls schedule your material? in advance to stick? =to glue you don't mean that!

At the end of your paragraph : we will inform you about the actual cargo collection date asap.

    Hope I have helped you!

    Hi Zoe,

1984law's answer to your question is really very good, but I'd like to add something here as well.

First, we can't say "be arrived" because "arrive" is an intransitive verb. It's not possible "to arrive something". Therefore, it is not possible to use passive voice with the verb arrive.

The defective goods will arrive in Hong Kong on 20 August. Therefore, please, plan your material in advance in order to adhere to the rework schedule. We will tell you the date of the cargo collection ASAP.

You could, also, say "so that we can keep to the rework schedule". Both ways are good.

I'm not sure of what you mean by "plan your material". It might be something worth changing, or it might simply be a phrase used in your business.

Please, post any questions you might have about what I changed here.
