You can reach me at this number from 10 am to 6 pm.

    Hello.

You can reach me at this number from 10 am to 6 pm.

Can I say I'm at this number..., too?

    Thank you.

Yes. Or maybe with the future tense: "I'll be at this number..." That works too.

I'm at this number from 10 am to 6 pm.
If you add "on weekdays" to this sentence, you don't change "I'm" into "I'll," do you?

I'm at this number from 10 am to 6 pm on weekdays.
I'm at this number on weekdays from 10 am to 6 pm.

    Which would be better?

If you are giving new information about where you can be reached, I'd use "I'll be at this number..."

Either of your two sentences are good. I think others could disagree, saying that you should give the time first and then the days, but it's possible to hear it either way.

Choosing to write or say the time first, I think, would be more typical, while saying "weekdays" first would give emphasis and draw more attention to the days. Both are correct, however.
