Is it wrong if I use 'guarantee' in the first sentence?

I think it is wrong. Goods purchased usually come with warranty.

In a shop you would get a receipt. You keep your receipt for a warranty purposes.

The shop assistant would give you a receipt, this receipt could act as a guarantee or warranty (these two words mean the same thing).
