Smile present perfect and present perfect continuous

    Are the underlined sentences correct?

Jameel: There is a vacancy in my office for a computer analyst.Has your friend had any interesting offers yet?
Sami: I don't think so.He has not been looking for a long time. He has just started.
Jameel:Then tell him about this vacancy. He might be interested.

Yes they are correct, although I would rephrase the second one slightly, to read: Sami: I don't think so.He has not been looking for very long. He has just started.
