    Post tense

When I say "He went home.", Does it mean that he is already at home.

Can I use it though the person that I am talking about has just left.

If the person has just left, you should use the present perfect, "He has just gone home" if you want to be precise about when he left, use the simple past, "He went home 10 minutes ago", for example. No, it doesn't necessarily mean that he is already at home.

But can I just use "He went home" if all I want to say is that he already leaved.

If you don't want to be precise you can make it short to "He went home".
