    Meaning of she's all verbs

Does the phrase "She's all verbs" mean "She's full of verbs/ energy?"

    Thanks all.

Sounds like it, but I haven't met the expression. I suppose it could mean the reverse - she talks the talk but doesn't walk the walk.
