    tap in/tune in/turn on

    Hi

    There's the sentence: If you want to be of help to others, be as tapped in, tuned in, and turned on as you can possibly be.

    --- I don't understand what these three may mean? How to say it in different words?

    I think that tuned in can be used in this sentence, which means to realize or understand what is happening or what other people are thinking.

    I'm not sure but to me these three mean that you should be watchful and concentrated.

    I think that in this type of sentences only one option is correct.
    Have a look at the definitions.
