    I was over the moon for you back then.

    what does the words lined mean?
    and is it correct to say (for you back)?

    It's "for you" "back then".

    "Being over the moon for someone" is a fixed phrase meaning being totally in love with someone. "Back then" is just the indication of time

    It could also mean 'very happy or delighted'.
