    How is the sentence structure?

    John is very reliable and follows through each project to its completion; he completes the tasks and projects assigned to him in a timely manner with minimal supervision. Examples of these projects are the completion of the virtual machine migration, implementation of web filtering application, Blackberry Enterprise server and printer servers upgrade in three other offices. He was also responsible in completing the San Mateo cabling project.

    "in completing the San Mateo..." is possible, but I think you probably mean 'for'.
