    usage of markup?

    I would like anyone to teach me the correct usage of markup, marked up, mark-up or marked-up? Which is which? Thanks

    look here
    "markup" is a noun.
    There is a markup of 60 percent on every item.

    "mark up" is a phrasal verb.
    All the items were marked up by 60 percent.

    To my knowledge, "mark-up" is not a real word.
