    I think that a and d are ok
    b and c are not, so I won't choose any of them.

    b) is the only natural answer.
    You have seen the brilliant exterior, so you would expect the rest of the car to match (maybe you wouldn't, but that's what the sentence means).

    They are all grammatically possible, but assuming that the salesperson does not know what the customer is thinking, only b. is possible.
    "The exterior is good, so you would expect the interior to be good too."
    The salesperson can make this general claim without mind reading.

    c. is less likely, and d. is not probable at all.

    Yes, A is excluded because it requires the speaker to read the mind of the interlocutor.
