    fault/leave

    Dear teachers,

    Would you be kind enough to share with me your opinion concerning the feasibility of the following sentences?

    The present project has many virtue and few faults.
    One cannot help liking him in spite of his many faults.
    The fault lies with you, not with me.
    I find fault with you.
    Every man has his faults.
    Faults are thick when love is thin.
    Her only fault is excessive shyness.
    Whose fault is it that we are late?
    When does the train leave for London?
    You have to leave your coat in the hall.
    My illness has left me weak.
    I should leave that question alone if I were you.
    Let’s leave it at that.
    He left me in the lurch.
    We are leaving for Rome next week.
    The luggage has been left behind.
    Don’t leave me behind.
    Has the rain left off yet?

    They left off their woolen underwear when the weather got warm.
