    Speak or Talk

    Hi :)

    Simple question:

When do you use "talk", and when do you use "speak"?
    Example:

    "Hey! I'm talking to you!"
    OR
    "Hey! I'm speaking to you!"

    Example 2

    "They talk a foreign language"
    OR
    "They speak a foreign language"

    Thanks :)
