    You've got the letters the wrong way round.
    What does it mean? I would like detailed explanation,thank you.

    wrong - Definition from Longman English Dictionary Online
    be the wrong way round/around

    a) to be in the wrong order: These two paragraphs are the wrong way round.

    b) if something is the wrong way round, the back is where the front should be: You've got your T-shirt on the wrong way around.

    I knew the meaning of "the wrong way round", but I couldn't imagine the context of this sentence, and now I've got the clue, it means "You've spelt the letters (not a mail, but something like A,B,C) the wrong way round".
