Verb to do and verb to be

I have conflict for using the verb to do or verb to be in question.

For example if I would like to ask about health status I say

How does she does? or How is she does?

A good question. You can say either "How is she?" or "How is she doing?"

You can also say, "How does she feel?".

    Is she feeling better?

    Is she feeling any better?

    How's she been feeling?

    How's she been doing?

What is the wrong if one says: What does she do?

Thank you for correcting me, I actually wanted to say: How does she do? Does this not mean; What does she feel?
