    are these sentence correct

    1) How much time apart should the appetizer and main dish be served?
    2) What is the lenght of time between serving appetizer and main dish be served?
    3) On what day next week will the test be on?
    4) On which day of next week will the test be on?

    They are not sentences which would make it into academic writing or a newspaper, Scott but they are completely understandable and you might hear them in speech.
