Please help me to understand this sentence

My native tongue is not English, and I'd like to know if I'm understanding the following sentence correctly. I found it in the "jobs & careers" part of the website of a firm.

"The below mentioned open positions correspond all the time to our actual needs."

There are 3 engineering jobs written below it. This "all the time" sounds a bit weird to me. Does that mean that this firm is constantly looking for those specific engineers? Does it mean that they will hire people at all times, that they always need more engineers in those specific domains, and that they will hire someone even if they have already hired another person having the exact same profile? Or does it just mean that they're looking for engineers now?...

Thanks in advance for your help.

Re: Please help me to understand this sentence

    It's a bit awkward, I think.

I would assume that it means that if they have listed positions, they have opening for those jobs, right now. They are actual positions they want to hire. They are not just collecting resumes for future openings.
