how to express this kind of meaning?

    Hi all,

I lost my graduation certificate many years ago, and I applied for a proof of that, how could I call that kind of thing? proof of graduation certificate? or
    proof of retroactive graduation certificate?

btw, that is a piece of paper that says I did have a graduation certificate from that school from what year to what year, and get a degree,
but it's not the original one which I lost,

can anyone help me? thanks a lot

proof of retroactive graduation certificate? No

How about just 'proof of graduation'?

    Dear greenbean:

I don't know where you graduated, but in the US, you would write for your 'official transcript' which is the record of your coursework and degrees attained.

    Best wishes,
