The expression cc comes after "attachments" or "enclosures."

    Sincerely,
Signature handwritten in ink <-- space 4 lines to allow for signature
    Name Typed
    (skip one line)
    Attachment: Budget
    (skip one line)
    cc: Jerry Smith

    NOTE:
    - An enclosure is a stand-alone document sent with a cover letter.
    - An attachment is a supporting document for a letter that is (usually) incorporated into the letter by reference; for example, a budget or an explanatory figure.
    - The exception is in an email, where only attachments are possible.
