What is the exact word for...

First of all, I am not an English teacher and I need your help in this matter.

What is the exact word for "The displeasing act of continuously reminding someone of a favor that you did to him"?

For example; you give a poor person charity. Then, each time you see him, you talk to him about it!

I am looking for a one-word-noun or a short expression of two or three words at most.

Thank you so much in advance

You can use "rubbing it in someone's face"
"He did a favor for me a few years ago, and has been rubbing it in my face ever since."
