    Is it a correct sentence: I'm just curious what your opinon on this subject is.

    Is it OK to leave "is" at the end?

    The final "is" is okay. But I think a preposition is missing here.
    I would say rather:
    I'm just curious about what your opinon on this subject is.
    Without the final "is" the sentence is also correct if you take the 'what' off:
    I'm just curious about your opinon on this subject.
