    Re: are these sentence correct

Here are some natural versions of these ideas in American English:

    1) What time does the free parking time start?
-- What time can you park without paying?
-- When/What time can you stop putting money in the meter
-- When does free parking start?

    2) He got a citation because he did not put coin into the meter and i park five minute before the charging time finish.
-- He got a ticket because he didn't put any money in the meter. I parked five minutes before paid-parking time expired.
-- He got a ticket because the meter was expired. I parked just a few minutes before we didn't have to pay any more.

    3) He got a citation because he did not pay for parking and he think he will be fine becasue he park the car five minute before the free parking time start.
-- He got a ticket for not putting money in the meter, but he thought he wouldn't because it was only five minutes before the paid-parking time expired.
-- He got a ticket for not putting money in the meter, but he thought he wouldn't because he parked only five minutes before you don't have pay to park.
