the use of "to" before a verb and after "and"

The first sentence below does not have “to” before “ask”; however, the sentence does. May I ask which is correct, and why?

    Thanks a lot,
    Jo

Both are correct. You can use "to" before all the verbs in a sentence or only before the first one.
