    No. It's quite strange. You need to say something like

    "If I had known I would have told you about it."
    (I didn't know, so I couldn't tell you about it.)

    Or...

    "If I knew I would tell you about it."
    (I don't know, so I can't tell you about it.)

    I don't know what you want to say, so that's all I can tell you.
