    using English

    * at the end of a conversation, there is onething i do not understand, Could you help me?
    Anna: that would be nice. Thanks a lot, Beth.
    Beth: Anytime. see you later!
    anytime is an informal comment, is that right? what does it mean?
    Can we change anytime into a complete sentence? if yes, what?
    * "Love me love my dog" what does this express mean? what can we study from it?

    Your conversation is not quite right.

    Anna: Thanks for doing that for me, Beth
    Beth: Anytime. See you later!

    "Anytime" means "I would do it for you any time" or "Any time you want help, just ask me".
    You can only say it after you've done something for someone and they've thanked you.
