    help)))

    Hi to everybody!
I study English and I have to do this exercise:
Put the words in the brackets in the correct tense forms.
    Der Sir,
My name (be) is Carol Albert and I (write) I am writing to you about the advertisment in today's newspaper. I (leave) left school last year. And at present I (study) study at night school. I (already/finish) have already finished courses in computer studies. And I (feel) feel that these courses (give) have given me a lot of experience for the position. I send (sent) you a copy of my certificate which I (think) think may interest you.
Please, correct my mistakes and explain them to me. It's a little problem for the Russians to learn English!)))

why shouldn' I use The Present Perfect instead The Past Simple with the last sentence? I (send) have sent you a copy of my certificate which I (think) think may interest you.

I would write "I am sending you ..." if the copy was enclosed with the letter.
Obviously if you have already sent it, you would use the present perfect.
The context of the paragraph doesn't say whether the copy has been sent yet, or not, so it's impossible to say what verb form to use.
