    Cool Grammar Clauses

    Hi are the clauses labelled correctly???

    Q1 Will whoever wins consider helping those who are less fortunate by proposing new laws to fight discrimination.

    Subj = whoever wins main clause

    Will consider helping = abv main clause

    those who are less fortunate = sub finite nominal clause of person Od

    by proposing new laws to fight discrimination = = sub finite adverb cl of manner (manner of helping)

    The subject is "whoever wins," which is called a nominal relative clause.
    The predicate is "will consider helping..." and everything that follows in the sentence.
    " helping those who are less fortunate" is the direct object of the transitive verb " consider." The head of that object is the gerund "helping. " I don't kniow what a sub-finite nominal clause is; or a sub-finite anything else.
    BTW: you say that you're from "America": what country is that?
