    When a secretary writes a letter for someone else how does he/she put the initials at the end of the letter.


    Would this be correct if the secretary's name is Joe Brown?

    I suppose it is up to the company to set their own style. It's certainly not a matter of grammar. Way back when, I worked as a secretary one summer. The person who was signing the letter was in capital letters and came first.
