    can you please correct this?

    Sir,

    I have applied for my annual leave for 30days with effect from 01/11/2009 and I am scheduled to return on 02/12/2009.

    I hereby promise that I will comeback in time and resume my duty as scheduled. If fail to return as scheduled, a salary pay equivalent to the overstay period shall be charged.

    I have applied for my annual leave for 30days with effect from 01/11/2009 and I am scheduled to return on 02/12/2009.
    I am applying for my annual 30-day leave to begin on 01/11/09. I am scheduled to return to work on 02/12/09.

    I hereby promise that I will comeback in time and resume my duty as scheduled.
    I hereby agree to return to work and resume my duties on the date scheduled.

    If fail to return as scheduled, a salary pay equivalent to the overstay period shall be charged.
    I understand that if I fail to return on time, the overstay period will be deducted from my salary.
