    Could anyone please explain what's " thatís the high order bid"?

    what does it mean when Steve jobs says that in the interview?

    Considering the context, I think he meant that loving your work is the principle priority -- the most important factor in success.

    Loving what you do is the "high-order bid" = loving the work is the main requirement for success.
