    Are these sentences ok??

    • For example, the format for each file is assumed to be same. In reality each file has their own formats.

    • For example, the file format in which the vendor replies with the security data is assumed to be same. In reality, vendors have their own format.

    • The flowchart illustrates the process involved in loading the data.

    Are these sentences gramtically ok??

    Is it possible to express the sentence in pink in a better fashion using active voice and present tense?? But, the sentences should carry the exmaple format. Please do not use terms like "for the sake of example".

    Is the three sentence structured properly (active voice + present tense)
