    Are these sentences correct?

You shall well plan the material for production to stick your committed schedule instead of advised us there is still material shortage / lacking in material. Please push your supplier for the earlier delivery and provide us the schedule for customer approve.

Is there any confusion? I did not advise you 6pcs missing goods will be replace with next shipment. Are you mix them up with model G67? Please confirm. We shall request the factory to investigate.

You should plan the amount of material for production and adhere to your committed schedule instead of advising us there is still shortage / lack of material. Please push your supplier for earlier delivery and provide us with the schedule for customer's approval.

Is there any confusion? I did not advise you 6pcs missing goods will be replace with next shipment. (This sentence does not make sense to me.) Have you mixed them up with the model G67? Please confirm. We shall request the factory to investigate.

    Re: Are these sentences correct?

    Hi Zoe

You must plan your material requirements better, to meet your committed production schedule, rather than advising us of material shortages.
Please push your supplier for the earlier delivery and provide us the schedule for customer approval.

Is there some confusion? I did not advise you that 6pcs missing goods could be replaced in the next shipment. Are you confusing these with model G67?
Please confirm. We will ask the factory to investigate.

I think this is what was intended.

    Hope this helps
    Best regards
    NT

Is there any confusion in what I said?

I never told you that 6 pcs of missing goods would be replaced in the next shipment.

Have you mixed them with model G67?

Please confirm. We shall request the factor to investigate.
