We would like to advance the inspection to 19 Oct.

We would like to reschedule the inspection to 19th of Oct instead of xyz.

We will like to pre-pone the inspection to 19th of Oct. (pre-pone is common in Indian English)

We will like to bring forward the inspection to 19th of Oct.

"Is still keep / kept send the booking to Peter?"

    This sentence makes no sense..

What is that you want to convey with this sentence?
